Binary Anvil sat down with Ghirardelli Chocolate and came up with a plan to fix the vast number of issues that they have by project planning and strict resource allocation. We have weekly support issue assignments to load balance from major, moderate and easy tasks.

  Responsive web design has a lot of issues from desktop to mobile. Binary Anvil has to test and fix all discrepancies in different browser breakpoints and conduct cross browser testing for each of them.

  Due to their scheduled launch date and so many issues to resolve, Binary Anvil came up with a list of noted issues that should be addressed first in order for the site to launch on time.

  Binary Anvil established a line of communication with developers from the integrations used that are not working properly. They have assisted us with what we need to be able to resolve these issues.

  Custom extensions were mostly unfinished or not working as intended. We dedicated developers to troubleshoot and fix each of them on a weekly basis.

  Daily status reports are done and properly communicated to project leaders and Ghirardelli Chocolate to keep track of the progress and to pinpoint critical issues that still need more clarification or additional information to be completely resolved.
